- 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a missed appointment fee. Without 24 hours notice cancellation will be subject to change 50% of your selected service. No-Shows will 100% cancellation of your services fee.
- Automatically cancel your service over 15 mins delay without notice.

Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, the valet parking at Coast Coal harbour Hotel is our complimentary parking. Please receive a parking ticket at valet. 3 hours maximum.
Q: Can I ( we ) use hotel facilities?
A: Yes, you may use hotel facilities [ outdoor pool and jacuzzi, shower, fitness gym] after our services done, our staff will escort you to the hotel facilities.
Q: I am currently pregnant. Can I have any service?
A: We only offers the facials or head massage for you. It will be lying down on you back position for during massage.
Q: I had a botox or filler recently. Can I get the facial massage?
A: we recommend avoiding the facial massage for 3-6 months after you have chemical surgery. Please ask your doctor.
Q: I received Gift Voucher. Do I need to record my credit card information on the file with online booking?
A: Yes, Our online booking is required to payment records for keep your appointment and cancellation policy.
Q: Can I book a group spa day party?
A: Depends on the amount of people and services. We only have 2 treatments rooms [ couple room for 2 and individual room] and 3ppl is maximum at same time. If you don’t mind to take back to back services then we will love to arrange the schedule for you.
